Prenatal 2: A discussion around the stages of labor, steps to take when labor begins, strategies to move labor along and to keep the birthing person comfortable.
Prenatal Text Chain: Access to your doula for all questions and concerns!
Doula to provide emotional support, physical comfort (various comfort measures, positions, and breathing techniques), communication support between birthing person, birthing partner, and medical staff, ensuring your preferences are respected, and creating a positive environment in order to fostering a sense of empowerment and control during the birthing process.
Postnatal Check-in: In home visit by your doula to offer care and support surrounding postpartum care.
Postpartum Overnights (add of service): Doula is available for an add of service to support new parents in overnight care of their newborn.
